Automotive & Antique Swap Meet - 4 Big Days!

Whether you call it a swapmeet, automotive flea market or auto jumble, one of the highlights of each Zephyrhills AutoFest is the massive area of new and used auto parts and accessories.  Here you'll find everything including: engines, transmissions, axles, chassis and suspension components, steering components and steering wheels, electrical items, fuel system and exhaust components, wheels and tires, weather stripping, glass, body panels, bumpers, trim, lights, upholstery, insulation and carpeting.  You'll also find lubricants, paint and body prep materials and tools. The Zephyrhills swapmeet also is a haven for anyone looking for car culture collectibles and antiques. Here you'll find automotive literature and artwork, Zephyrhills souvenir t-shirts, NASCAR licensed diecast and driver collectibles, juke boxes, petrobilia (old & reproduction gas pumps & signs) and older tools. The car corral area of the Zephyrhills swapmeet features a terrific variety of cars & trucks for sale, mostly domestic but with interesting foreign vehicles as well. Their condition ranges from basket cases with "lots of potential" to show condition gems.

Registration & Regulations - General Information

• Vendor move-in day is Wednesday, November 12, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Early move-in, $10.00 per night.
• One (1) decal per vendor will be issued. Additional decals upon request. Maximum (1) one per space.
• Decals Must be AFFIXED to the windshield (driver's side) to gain entry to the swap meet area.
• Vendors must purchase sufficient space to accommodate All materials and vehicles on their space.
• Vendors are responsible for getting merchandise to customer.
• Spaces may NOT be resold or reassigned.
• Swap Meet is Limited to Automotive, Auto Related, Collectibles, Antiques & Memorabilia. No raffle tickets may be sold. No other items allowed.
• NO REFUNDS.
• Space location renewal option forfeited by Vendors disassembling before 3:00 p.m. on Sunday.
• Vendors who sell at 2 or more shows in Florida should have a permanent Florida Sales Tax Number. For information call The Florida Dept. of Revenue at (813) 744-6590. Number is not needed to register for swap meet.

To be considered as a possible vendor of food at a Zephyrhills AutoFest, you must MAIL us the following:

1. Picture of your food unit (i.e., food trailer, tent, etc.)
2. Menu with prices
3. How much electricity is needed
4. How much space is needed (frontage and depth, advising us of unit dimensions)

If you are accepted as a food vendor, you will need to furnish us the following:

1. Product liability and general liability insurance certificate in minimum amount of $1,000,000 (one million dollars)
2. Five hundred dollar deposit ($500.00 non-refundable)
3. You will be charged a license fee of 30% (thirty percent) of your gross sales (food and drinks) including sales tax collected. Payment shall be accounted for and settled daily
