24rd Annual "Fall AutoFest"
November 13, 14, 15 & 16,  2008

Show Cars and Show Trucks at this event must be in show-worthy condition and must be 20 years old or older. SORRY NO REFUNDS

 

1. Show Car admittance begins at 8:00am both Saturday and Sunday.  Limited to 200 show vehicles each day.
2. It costs $20 per show day to enter a show car, if paid by Oct. 1. Show car fee after Oct. 1 or at the gate is $25 per show day. No checks accepted after Oct. 1.
Cash or certified funds only after Oct 1.  No Refunds.
3. Mail in $20 by Oct. 1 or pay $25 thereafter each car show day to admit show car and driver, Saturday or Sunday. Beyond the driver, each extra adult occupant over 12 years old and any adult not riding into Festival Park in the show vehicle pays daily general admission fee.
4. One free dash plaque for each show car entry.
5. Display your eligible, show-worthy Show Car Saturday, Nov. 15, through 3 pm for a chance to win one of Five $100 cash drawings at 3 pm that day. Display your eligible, Show-worthy Show Car Sunday, Nov 16, through  3 pm for a chance to win one of Five $100 cash drawings at 3pm that day. Must be present to win. Only 5 names will be drawn each day. If any persons whose names are drawn are not present to claim prize, no additional names will be drawn.
6. No Cruising Allowed in Swap Meet or Car Show Area.
7. No items may be sold in the Car Show Area. You must register for a Vendor Swap Meet space if you wish to sell items.
8. No "FOR SALE" signs allowed in the Car Show Area. If you wish to sell a vehicle, you must register as a Car Corral Vendor or Consign to the Collector Car Auction. Any Show Cars with "FOR SALE" signs will be removed from the premises.
9. No Stereos allowed to play in the Car Show Area.
10. You may not bring Alcohol into Festival Park.
11. All children must be accompanied by an adult. No children are permitted to play in the aisles of the Swap Meet or Car Show Area.
12. Car Show participants must follow all directional and speed limit signs.
13. No Squealing of tires allowed in the Car Show or Swap Meet area.
14. The Undersigned registrant agrees to be responsible for any and all damage occasioned to or by the registered Car Show vehicle on Festival Park Premises
15. The Undersigned registrant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Zephyrhills Festivals, Inc. from any and all claims, losses, damages and causes of action arising from the registered Car Show vehicle participating in the Car Show.
